Every Tempest piece is crafted to last and designed to preserve its form, comfort, and structure for years of daily living. Our 5-Year Comfort & Craftsmanship Warranty reflects our belief that lasting quality should come with lasting confidence.

This warranty protects your purchase against manufacturing defects and material failures under normal residential use. It is a statement of confidence in our design and construction standards — and a promise that, if something goes wrong that shouldn’t, we’ll make it right.

Warranty Coverage

Frame & Structurea	5 Years	Coverage for frame breakage, cracked joints, or warping under normal residential use.
Cushion Retention	5 Years	Cushion cores that lose more than 20% of their original height or firmness under normal use are eligible for replacement materials.
Stitch & Seam Protection	3 Years	Coverage for stitching or seams that separate or unravel under normal conditions.
Upholstery Integrity	3 Years	Covers abnormal fabric wear, thread failure, or pilling caused by a manufacturing defect.
Color Harmony Protection	3 Years	Protection against abnormal fading or cracking of upholstery under standard indoor lighting.
Hardware & Connector Guarantee	5 Years	Coverage for broken or defective legs, brackets, or connectors under normal residential use.

Important Note:

If you own a foam model, the appearance upon unpacking is normal. Please allow up to 6 days for the foam to fully expand and return to its intended shape.                             

Our Commitment

If an uncommon issue arises within the covered period, Tempest will, at its sole discretion, provide the appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, that may include replacement materials, components, or a complete replacement unit.

We don’t offer in-home service or reimbursements — instead, we believe in fast, decisive solutions. Every remedy is handled directly and fairly, always with the goal of restoring the quality standard your couch was built to meet.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or abuse
• Commercial use
• Improper assembly or installation
• Pet damage
• Stains or spills
• Exposure to outdoor elements or unsuitable environments

Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and furniture used under normal residential conditions.
